As Private Label Commercial Leader LATAM you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of private label operations across Latin America, including contract negotiation, logistics agreements, regulatory compliance, and portfolio expansion.

Oversees the full demand and order cycle, ensuring alignment between operational capacity, financial agreements, and commercial objectives. Manages key certifications, controls accounts receivable, and delivers regular financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborates closely with quality, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure operational efficiency and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract and Commercial Agreement Management: Adaptation of private label commercial contracts for Latin America. Acceptance of SKUs and project volumes (IMF). Adaptation and validation of quality agreements and technical methods.

  • Commercial Offers and Portfolio Expansion: Development of 3PLY products, subject to MOQ compliance and operational efficiency. Evaluation of nominal capacity to explore new categories, considering CAPEX allocation. Commercial expansion limited by credit quota and capacity.

  • Certification Management and Compliance: Annual validation of ISO 9008, FSC, etc. certifications. Compliance with competition law and production plant check-list.

  • Order Management and Demand Cycle: Reporting of customer orders via email. Visibility and release of customer orders. Tracking deliveries and sales forecast reporting.

  • Logistics Centralization and Commercial Agreements: Generation of logistic agreement provisions and centralization agreements. Tracking and liquidation of logistic agreements.

  • AR - Account Receivable and Portfolio Control: AR control, credit quota, and commercial portfolio release. Document traceability (POD) and updating credit limits.

  • Financial Feedback and Reports: Weekly financial reporting and monthly updates. Analysis of P&L management, cost evolution, and financial impacts. Projection of drivers and financial adjustments.

Requirements and skills:

  • +10 years of commercial experience across diverse industries, demonstrating strong ability to design and implement Commercial and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities focused on maximizing profitable and sustainable revenue, consistently driven by a results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong decision making, influence and drive commercial strategy through share salesforce (different levels of seniority) and cross functional collaboration.

  • Strong financial acumen of the business, issues faced by K-C, and mission / goals.

  • Ability to define priorities, align teams to achieve organizational objectives and create a climate that inspires employees to do their best.

  • Ability to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation and mobilize teams to action.
