This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain a broad multi- functional and multi-category experience within the K-C Consumer Business.
You will be part of the dedicated Retailer Brand Team which acts with an entrepreneurial, passionate and dynamic spirit. You will be in regular contact with all departments of the organisation.
In this role, you will:

Interface with the Country Customer Management Team to understand the content of new business tenders and develop the full KC proposition in response.

Interface with Sector Planning to be able to determine the best product manufacturing location and identify future opportunities to absorb excess manufacturing capacity (and associated fixed cost) in K-C EMEA facilities network

Creation and lead of a multi-functional team including Sector Marketing, Legal, Safety Clearance, Regulatory, to develop the best offer for K-C and Retailer Brands (RB) customers and manage the full impact of RB portfolio on KC business and strategy

Interface with Finance Category analyst for cost evaluation and final price proposition inside of the agreed Retailer Brand financial guidelines

Innovations/renovation of the current RB portfolio to secure and grow RB business within the EMEA Region

Work with Research & Engineering to develop innovative product propositions which meet changing consumer and customer needs; covering all facets of the proposition – specification, packaging, format, performance etc. to add value to the K-C proposal.

Identification of cost transformation/optimization initiatives

Support of local Sales Team with customers’ meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate calibre, ideally with a degree in business or marketing-related subjects.

A minimum of 3-5 years working with relative autonomy in a commercial / project management environment

Demonstrated capability in managing multiple and complex projects to defined timescales
-
Good understanding of product costing and business finance
-
High standard of communication in a second European language would be advantageous
